Copied from Lee County Record's office, Deed Book 60, page 541. This shows in detail the terms of an indenture on July 7, 1921 in the amount of $400. for Captiva's Chapel and property, which reach to the adjoing lands of H.D. Brainerd and W.H. Binder. The deed is transacted between the parties "Board of Public Instruction" and T. Bryant, A.M. Gore, and Jessie Carter; as "Trustees of Methodist-Episcopal Church South". Page 542 was missing from the county's records. |
