These thirteen color photos were among items provided to C.I.H.S. by the Captiva Fire Department in January 2019 and show the festivities at the Captiva Civic Association's "Blue Tarp Party" in 2005. The event was dubbed a "mini ABC auction" as it was held during the regular time of the fundraiser the year following Hurricane Charley's impact on Captiva Island. |
