    This Wine List, circa 1975, was used at The King's Crown Restaurant at South Seas Plantation. Andreas Bieri was executive chef during that time. The Wine List is a faux-leather bound binder which holds laminated wine labels divided by region. Prices, descriptions, and substitution wines are included in the text within.

    A menu from South Seas Plantation, circa 1975 was provided to the CIHS by Andreas Bieri. The menu is printed on paper and bound within a plastic outer covering, which is color-designed to resemble painted wood. The binding is held together by golden-colored cord with tassel.

The images depict many scenes around South Seas Plantation, including the Plantation House, King's Crown, the T-dock, and two aerial views. The handwritten text from the album has been included in each attached photo. The date(s) of these photos are unknown.
